Key Responsibilities:
Reaching out to prospective students through outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries.
Understanding student requirements and guiding them towards suitable programs.
Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structures, and course details.
Answering questions about courses, programs, and the institution.
Clarifying any doubts or concerns raised by prospective students.
Following up with potential students to ensure they have all the necessary information.
Building rapport with prospective students and fostering a positive experience.
Providing ongoing support to enrolled students.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
