What will you do:
Office Administration & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the project site office
Ensure availability and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and supplies
Coordinate with vendors for facility services
Maintain office assets, inventory, and administrative records
Facilitate staff onboarding, mobilisation, and logistics at the site




Manage official correspondence and communication

Document Control & Information Management
Establish and maintain an effective Document Management System
Control all incoming and outgoing documents (letters, drawings, reports, submittals, etc.)
Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and traceability
Maintain document registers (incoming/outgoing, drawings, submittals, transmittals)
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project data

What you bring:
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Engineering or related field e.g, construction management with experience in analysis of “ delay claim”and creating claim schedules.
Minimum 15 years of progressive programme or project experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure programmes/projects
