Job Description - Staff Nurse (IVF Center)

Position: Staff Nurse - IVF Center Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Location: Andheri West Department: Clinical

Key Responsibilities
Assist fertility specialists during IVF, IUI, and other reproductive procedures.
Provide pre
and post-procedure nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and monitor patients as per protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Counsel patients regarding treatment plans and medication schedules.
Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare staff.
Ensure infection control and quality standards are maintained.
Handle patient queries and provide emotional support throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM qualification with valid nursing registration.




Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (IVF experience preferred).
Knowledge of fertility treatments, patient care, and medication administration.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills
Experience in IVF, gynecology, or obstetrics departments.
Familiarity with ultrasound assistance and operation theatre protocols.
Compassionate approach and patient-centered care.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
