We are building a Banaras-focused Instagram page covering temples, ghats, hidden places, local stories, food spots, cafes, events, and unique experiences through short-form content.
We are looking for creative and social media-oriented individuals who are interested in content creation, Instagram growth, and digital media.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the Instagram page and content flow
Research trending reel ideas and social media trends
Help plan and schedule content/posts
Write captions, hooks, and basic content ideas
Coordinate with the content, editing, and design team
Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and stories
Suggest creative ideas to improve page reach and engagement
Requirements:
Interest in social media and content creation
Basic understanding of Instagram and reels
Creative mindset and valuable communication skills
Consistent, proactive, and willing to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience managing a page or creating content
Familiarity with Canva, editing apps, or AI tools
