Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for both the retail store and production unit.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
Perform bank, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and Income Tax-related documentation.
Monitor and reconcile inventory and stock records across the retail store and production unit.
Coordinate with store and production teams to maintain accurate inventory valuation and production cost records.

Qualifications & Experience
B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.




Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or production settings.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and/or Odoo ERP.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
