Key Responsibilities
Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable products.
Coordinate with the R&D;, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement solutions.
Prepare trial reports and document customer feedback.
Support the Sales team during product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and follow up on corrective actions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
