Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage mechanical fabrication and assembly activities.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day workshop operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure fabrication as per specifications.
Manage fabrication quality, welding activities, and material utilization.
Lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting,



and servicing of equipment at customer sites.
Guide and mentor technicians, fabricators, and service engineers.
Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and quality teams for timely project execution.
Ensure preventive maintenance and service support for installed equipment.
Maintain documentation, service reports, and fabrication records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Interact with customers to resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
20+ years of experience in mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
Robust knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, machining, and mechanical assembly.
Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial machinery.
Ability to lead teams and manage workshop activities.
