Job Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through calls, follow-ups, and consultations.
Understand client requirements and explain company services effectively.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and service demonstrations.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
