IT Manager - Chennai

Qualifications & Experience
Proven leadership experience managing and scaling large technology organizations with 80+ team members, including engineering, QA, DevOps, and support functions.
Demonstrated success in establishing, growing, and managing offshore delivery centers and technology teams.
Solid expertise in people management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing IT processes, governance frameworks, and operational models to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
Hands-on experience with up-to-date application architectures, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure,



networking, security, and software engineering practices.
Familiarity with technology stacks including C#, .NET, Java, Networking, Cloud Platforms, and Security Technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and business functions.
Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating delivery across multiple time zones.
Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to address complex business and operational challenges.
Mandatory domain experience in Trading, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
