Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Logistics
Prepare Invoice and execute daily dispatch plans as per sales orders.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods.
Verify product quantity, batch numbers, and documentation before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking details and update the same on Barcode scanning System(Track and Trace).

Barcode Scanning & Track & Trace
Operate barcode scanning systems for product identification and movement tracking.
Ensure 100% scanning compliance during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
Maintain track & trace records as per company and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve barcode scanning discrepancies.

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records.




Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting.
Report inventory discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

System & Software Operations
Work efficiently on computer systems and inventory software.
Operate Marg ERP for stock and dispatch management.
Utilize Let's Verify software for barcode verification and traceability activities.
Maintain data accuracy and timely system updates.
Knowledge of E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
