We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery across our Web & Mobile, Gaming and Video Technology business units. This is a business-critical leadership role with full accountability for delivery execution, client success, resource management, and P&L; performance. You will lead high-performing teams, drive delivery excellence across global client engagements, protect margins, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in scaling delivery capabilities, implementing AI-driven efficiencies, and contributing to the continued growth of FanOS and SI's global delivery footprint.

Key Requirement:
Delivery Leadership & Project Management
Own end-to-end delivery and project management and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within

scope, and to agreed quality standards
Own end to end delivery team management and utilisation including resource allocation across projects,

bench and utilisation management.
Drive Agile governance, milestone reviews,



risk management, and escalation handling
Monitor delivery KPIs including timelines, quality, SLA adherence, CSAT, and project health/ CSAT
Act as the final escalation point for delivery-critical issues

P&L; Ownership & Financial Management
Own Delivery Unit P&L;, including resource allocation delivered margins and resource utilization
Monitor financial health across projects and proactively mitigate margin risks
Optimize workforce allocation, capacity planning, and vendor utilization
Partner with Finance on forecasting, headcount planning, and cost management
Drive operational efficiency and financial discipline across the Delivery Unit

Growth & Business Expansion
Support current business opportunities through estimation, solutioning, and RFP responses
Identify commercial growth prospects within existing client relationships
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, t
