We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business prospects through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet prospective clients including schools, hospitals, corporates, manufacturing industries, hotels, retail chains, and other institutions.
Present Dacs Inc's products and services, including uniforms, safety wear, corporate apparel, school uniforms, promotional merchandise, and accessories.
Conduct product demonstrations and understand customer requirements.




Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the sales support team.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the merchandising, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policies.
Required SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
