Check and verify guest tickets and entry passes.
Maintain proper records of lounge entries and exits.
Ensure only authorized guests enter the AC Waiting Lounge.
Monitor the premises and ensure guest safety and security.
Control unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities.
Assist guests with basic queries and guide them when required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor and security team.
Maintain discipline and follow all safety and security procedures.
