We are looking for an experienced and passionate Furniture Sales Executive who understands furniture products, customer requirements, and can confidently guide customers from inquiry to order confirmation.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Explain product features, materials, finishes, fabrics, and customization options.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Handle customized furniture inquiries and coordinate with the production team.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
Keep the showroom well-organized, clean, and customer-ready at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the furniture industry is mandatory.:
Furniture showroom
Furniture manufacturing company
Modular furniture company
Interior or furniture-related business
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Positive knowledge of furniture materials, wood, plywood, laminates, upholstery, and hardware.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
