Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS data.
Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting.
