Job Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student requirements.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong lead database.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.




Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools and Excel.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Experience in educational counseling or sales will be preferred.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or sales will be an added advantage.
