Job Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers and remind them about due payments.
Maintain proper records of calls and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
Coordinate with the collection team and update payment status.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass.
Freshers can apply.
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi/Bengali/English communication preferred.
Responsible and target-oriented.
Salary: As per interview and experience.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
