Experience Required

3+ Years (Relevant ServiceNow experience)

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, Service Catalogs, and Scheduled Jobs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development throughout the SDLC.
Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous platform improvements.

Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs.




Experience with REST & SOAP integrations.
Positive understanding of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
