About Ode Spa

Ode Spa is a premium wellness brand offering high-quality spa and wellness experiences to guests. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our airport spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ode Spa outlet.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of therapists and guest relations staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, targets, and operational performance.
Prepare and review daily reports and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, service quality, and outlet presentation.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and manpower requirements.




Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Drive sales through upselling, service recommendations, and retail opportunities.
Ensure proper inventory management and timely replenishment of supplies.
Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Wellness, Hospitality, or Retail Operations.
Previous experience as a Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager / Operations Manager preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of sales, revenue, and operational reports.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced airport workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
