Typical Roles and Responsibilities1. Order Processing
Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA timelines.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform stock reconciliation between the warehouse and marketplace portals.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
Marketplace Operations
Manage seller dashboards - example - Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
Update inventory, pricing, and product availability.
Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Warehouse Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking and packing.
Ensure products are packed according to marketplace standards.
Monitor dispatch schedules and courier handovers.
Returns Management
Process customer returns and reverse logistics.
Inspect returned products.
Update inventory after return verification.




Handle damaged or lost shipments.
Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs such as:
Order processing time
Dispatch SLA
Order cancellation rate
Return rate
Inventory accuracy
Fill rate
Documentation
Generate invoices and e-way bills (where applicable).
Maintain dispatch records.
Prepare MIS reports on orders, inventory, and returns.
