About Us:
I Support Foundation (ISF) is dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapy, education, and holistic care. We are looking for a passionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lucknow.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA-based intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs
Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA) to identify target behaviors and develop treatment goals
Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting programs as needed under supervision
Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators to ensure holistic development




Train and guide parents/caregivers on ABA techniques to reinforce learning at home
Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports as per organizational standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field; ABA certification (RBT/BCBA or equivalent) preferred
Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred (freshers with relevant training may also apply)
Solid observation, data-recording, and analytical skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
