Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Educate patients and attendants about exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care programs.
Assist in post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and other rehabilitation cases as required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists for comprehensive patient care.
Follow hospital protocols,



infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.

Eligibility
BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the relevant authority, wherever applicable.
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.

Preferred Skills
Robust clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
Good knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
