JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Treasury
Handle applications for fresh Term Loans and Working Capital Loans.
Liaise with banks for various financial and operational matters.
Prepare CMA Data and related financial information.
Submit FFR, QIS, Stock Statements and Receivables Statements to banks within stipulated timelines.
Ensure all bank covenants are reviewed, complied with, and submitted to the respective banks.
Coordinate and manage the Credit Rating process for the company.
Review and negotiate key financing documents, including:
Master Facility Agreement
Deed of Hypothecation
Sanction Letters
Other banking and financing documentation
Ensure timely execution of all approved financing documents.
Invest surplus funds prudently in accordance with the company's treasury and investment policy.
Accounts Receivable
Periodically review and verify Debtors Ageing Reports.
Ensure timely customer balance confirmations and reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Monitor outstanding receivables and support effective working capital management.
Accounts Payable
Prepare and submit daily cash flow statements.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
Obtain periodic vendor balance confirmations.
Review and verify Creditors Ageing Reports periodically.
Monitor payables to ensure effective cash flow and working capital management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIO
NChartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
