About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Resolve employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning reports.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Support HR audits and maintain confidential employee documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.




Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an Eye Care Hospital/Ophthalmology healthcare organization (mandatory).:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
