We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can handle online customer enquiries, understand custom design requirements, suggest suitable design, fabric, color, and pattern options, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
The role also includes coordinating with the production team, tracking order status, handling customer negotiations and concerns professionally, meeting sales conversion targets, and sharing customer trend feedback with the marketing and collection design teams.
