Role Description
We're looking for a driven Business Growth Executive to lead our sales and outreach efforts. You'll generate leads, counsel students on career goals, pitch our courses, and close deals to drive enrollments and revenue — while building lasting relationships with prospective students.
Key responsibilities include:
Generating leads via social media, online platforms, networking & referrals
Understanding learners aspirations and recommending the right courses
Pitching course offerings effectively
Building and nurturing relationships with leads
Converting leads into enrolled students & hitting sales targets
Collaborating with marketing to boost lead generation
Tracking performance and reporting on conversions
Qualifications:
Solid communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
