OTC Billing Manager (India) - UK & US Customers
Role Summary
The OTC Billing Manager will lead the end-to-end billing function for UK and US
entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing aligned with contractual
terms and revenue recognition policies. The role will drive billing excellence, process
standardization, and automation, while partnering with global stakeholders to improve
billing quality, reduce disputes, and accelerate cash realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Billing Operations
Manage the complete billing lifecycle:
Billing set-up and contract interpretation
o Invoice generation (recurring, milestone-based, T&M;, and ad-hoc billing)
o Billing validation and approval workflows
o Invoice dispatch and customer communication
Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with contractual and regulatory

requirements
