About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee complete IT operations, including hardware, software, networking, servers, and system administration.
Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues with mínimal escalation.
Plan, monitor, and execute IT upgrades, enhancements, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
Lead software installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Manage user access controls, endpoint security, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve IT policies, SOPs, technical documentation, and best practices.
Coordinate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and hardware partners.
Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization,



and cost-effective technology solutions.
Support leadership in IT strategy, infrastructure planning, audits, compliance, risk management, and scalability initiatives.
Monitor network performance and implement measures to enhance efficiency and security.
Ensure timely IT support and seamless technology operations across all departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations management.
Robust hands-on expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
Experience managing IT infrastructure, security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and take complete ownership of IT operations.
