We are looking for energetic, empathetic and target-driven Telesales Executives who can build trust with patients over the phone and convert enquiries into appointments.

Position Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for converting enquiries into consultations and treatment programs through skilled telephonic communication.

The role involves handling recent enquiries, following up with prospective patients, nurturing existing leads, reactivating inactive patients, and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional first impression of Activbase.

This role directly contributes to patient acquisition, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Contact all new enquiries received through Meta Ads, Google, Website, WhatsApp and referrals.




Convert enquiries into booked consultations.
Qualify potential patients by understanding their condition and requirements.
Schedule appointments with appropriate therapists.

Outbound Sales
Follow up with warm leads who have not yet booked.
Reconnect with inactive patients for review consultations.
Promote rehabilitation programs, fitness memberships and recovery services.
Conduct campaign-based calling for recent programs and seasonal offers.

Patient Relationship Management
Build trust through empathetic communication.
Explain Activbase services clearly and confidently.
Handle objections professionally.
Maintain regular communication until conversion.

CRM & Documentation
Update CRM after every interaction.
Record call outcomes accurately.
Maintain follow-up schedules.
Ensure zero lead leakage.

Coordination
Coordinate with Front Office and Physiotherapists r
