Key Responsibilities
Handle Industrial Relations (IR) activities and maintain harmonious relationships with workers, unions, and management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate wage settlements, negotiations, and employee welfare initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and manpower planning.
Support training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies as required.
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.





Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
8+ years of HR & IR experience, preferably in electrical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
Robust knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
