About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent written communication skills and are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction and lead management.
Key Responsibilities_
Handle customer queries through chat in a qualified and timely manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility_
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).
Positive written English and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Ability to multitask and respond quickly to customer queries.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
