Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system faults.
Service and maintain:
Chillers (Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled)
VRF/VRV Systems
AHUs (Air Handling Units)
FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
Package Units
Precision Air Conditioning Units
DX Units
Split & Cassette ACs
Cooling Towers
HVAC Control Systems & BMS Interfaces
Conduct commissioning, testing, balancing, and performance optimization of HVAC systems.
Lead and support installation, retrofit, and upgrade projects.
Attend emergency breakdown calls and ensure mínimal downtime.
Analyze service issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.
Maintain accurate service documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and OEM representatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
Guide and mentor junior technicians and service engineers.





Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related discipline.
HVAC, Refrigeration, or Safety certifications are preferred.
Valid driving license preferred.

Experience & Technical Skills
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HVAC equipment service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Solid experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Expertise in refrigeration cycles, compressors, pumps, motors, controls, and HVAC electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID; diagrams, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with commissioning and fault diagnostics.
Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls.
Solid knowledge of HVAC safety standards and best maintenance practices.
