Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and digital marketing space.
Lead Generation
Find new client ,make it in onboard
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to promote our services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in IT, marketing, or event management services.
Strong understanding of website design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and business software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
