Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Lead
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Lead / Manager with strong leadership skills and local market exposure to drive business growth in the Cochin region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Identify new business prospects, customer segments, and market potential
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and corporate clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Handle quotations, negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
