About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and educational institutions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Meet principals, management teams, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations of Edugenius solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Follow up with prospects, address queries, negotiate, and drive the sales process towards closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with schools to generate repeat and referral opportunities.




Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain daily activity records and share school visit feedback, client requirements, and sales updates with the Head Office.
Coordinate with the Head Office team regarding proposals, follow-ups, product requirements, and deal closures.

What we are looking for
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in interacting with principals, school management, and decision-makers.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel and work extensively on-field.
Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or EdTech is an advantage.
