Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist VIP and regular customers.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Ensure excellent customer experience from entry to billing.
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
Product & Inventory Control
Monitor stock availability at all counters.
Coordinate with the stock department for replenishment.
Ensure jewellery is displayed neatly and safely.
Report damaged or missing items immediately.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure attractive product displays.
Update showcases according to promotions and festive collections.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation.
Billing & Documentation
Coordinate with the billing team for smooth transactions.
Verify order bookings and advance payments.
Ensure proper documentation for customer orders.
Marketing Support
Inform customers about offers, schemes, and festive promotions.
Support telecalling and follow-up activities.
Collect customer feedback and referrals.
Encourage enrolment in gold saving/chit schemes.
Compliance & Security
Follow company SOPs and security procedures.
Ensure accurate stock handling during opening and closing.
Coordinate with security staff during busy hours.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
