Job Summary:
Lead the end-to-end sampling function, ensuring accurate and timely development of samples that meet Walmart and US retailer specifications, quality standards, and development timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of sample development.
Review buyer tech packs and sampling requirements.
Coordinate with merchandising, technical, sourcing, and production teams.
Ensure sample quality, fit, and construction meet buyer expectations.
Monitor sample timelines and approval processes.
Lead fit sample, PP sample, and development sample activities.
Drive improvements in sample turnaround time.
Resolve technical and construction issues during development.
Maintain sample tracking and reporting systems.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in garment sampling and product development.
Experience handling Walmart and US retail buyers.
Robust knowledge of garment construction and technical specifications.
Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,023.74 per month
