Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads within the US trucking and logistics industry.
Identify potential US clients and develop robust business relationships.
Understand client requirements and present suitable logistics/business solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience preferred.
Mandatory experience in US trucking, transportation, or logistics.:




Previous experience working with US-based clients is required.
Solid understanding of the US trucking/logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a US shift.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
