Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and company research to identify potential business prospects.
Gather and verify contact information of decision-makers from target organizations.
Build, maintain, and update prospect databases.
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Perform online research using platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
Support lead generation campaigns by providing accurate and relevant data.
Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) creation.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems.
Prepare research reports and data analysis as required by the business team.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to achieve campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




6 months to 2 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, Data Research, or Market Research.
Robust internet research and analytical skills.
Positive understanding of B2B lead generation processes.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Research, and MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of BANT, MQL, SQL, and sales funnel concepts.
Exposure to international markets (US, UK, APAC, or EMEA) is an advantage.

Number of qualified leads generated.
Data accuracy and completeness.
MQL and SQL contribution.
Research productivity and turnaround time.
Achievement of assigned lead generation targets.
