You are Junior Product Manager to lead and our Enterprise Applications team, focused on our ServiceNow platform. You'll work with engineering, team members, and end-users to shape and deliver platform capabilities that genuinely improve how people work. You will suit someone who understands ServiceNow fundamentals, thinks from the user's perspective first, and wants to grow into a product leadership path
You will own and manage the product backlog for assigned ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD,



Service Portal, Snow AI initiatives or custom apps)
You will gather and translate business requirements into transparent user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and admins to deliver iterative improvements
Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and UAT coordination to ensure solutions meet real user needs
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
Define and track product KPIs — adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, process efficiency
Support release planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder demos
Write explicit documentation including requirements specs, process flows, and knowledge articles
Identify opportunities to leverage native ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Portals, Workspaces) before building custom
