Key Responsibilities

Academic & Operations Management
Manage the end-to-end operational activities of the academy, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Execute and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Plan, coordinate, and monitor batch scheduling, classroom allocation, and academic calendars.
Ensure operational efficiency across online, offline, and hybrid learning programs.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of academy activities.

Student Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete student journey from enrollment through course completion.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, documentation, and academic progress.
Ensure timely communication regarding schedules, assessments, certifications,



and academic updates.
Address student concerns and ensure a high-quality learner experience.
Monitor student engagement and retention initiatives.

Admissions & Career Counseling
Counsel prospective students on career prospects and suitable learning programs.
Manage the complete admission lifecycle including inquiry handling, counseling, enrollment, documentation, and onboarding.
Convert qualified leads into admissions while maintaining a consultative approach.
Build robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Collaborate with the marketing team for admission campaigns and lead management.

Faculty Coordination
Coordinate with trainers regarding batch planning, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely communication of academic calendars and operational updates.
Maintain faculty schedules, attendance, and session planning.
