URGENT HIRING - BRANCH MANAGER | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

We are urgently looking for an experienced Branch Manager with robust expertise in Business Development, Sales and Branch Management within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

Position: Branch Manager - Business Development & Operations
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall branch business, operations and performance:
Drive business development and sales to achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop current customers and business prospects
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Lead, guide and manage the branch team
Develop the branch market and expand the customer base
Handle key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with operations,



pricing and HO teams for smooth service delivery
Monitor branch profitability, revenue and business growth
Take ownership of the branch's overall sales, business development and operational performance
Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics:
Proven experience in Business Development + Branch Management:
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
Good knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding services:
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Existing industry network will be an advantage

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
