Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training on core digital marketing concepts, advanced strategies, and AI-driven workflows.
Mentor freshers and junior marketers through structured, hands-on learning programs.
Design and update training materials, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises — including AI tool use-cases and prompt-based exercises.
Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one mentoring.




Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools and prompt engineering practices, Google updates, and emerging technologies.
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns when required.
Monitor trainee progress and provide career guidance and improvement plans.
Coordinate with HR and management to ensure effective training delivery.
Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous learning among trainees.
