Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Café- Brotein Bistro
Location: Brotein Bistro
(CCM Untwadi or Gangapur Road)
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders politely
Handle customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
Manage billing and basic cash/card transactions
Maintain cleanliness at the counter and seating area
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work in shifts
Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
Café or restaurant experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time / Part time.
Freshers are welcomed.
