About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Head to lead the design and delivery of enterprise learning solutions for IT organizations. This is a strategic leadership role that involves working closely with enterprise clients, understanding their technology and learning requirements, architecting customized solutions, supporting commercial proposals, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Engagement
Partner with enterprise IT leaders to understand technology ecosystems and business learning objectives.
Conduct skills gap assessments and design learning roadmaps.
Lead discovery sessions and solution discussions with enterprise clients.
Ensure learning solutions effectively address client skill gaps.

Solution Design & Commercial Ownership
Design scalable and customized learning solutions using the Techademy platform.




Review and approve learning architecture, curriculum, and delivery methodology.
Validate solutions with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales teams on proposals, pricing, and delivery plans.

Program Governance
Design solutions across technologies including:
Cloud
Data Engineering
Artificial Intelligence
Cybersecurity
DevOps
Software Testing
Full Stack Development (Java, Python, MERN, C#, etc.)
Review and approve technical program outlines.
Customize learning programs based on client technology landscape.
Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure industry-relevant content.

Trainer & Delivery Management
Define evaluation standards for trainers.
Allocate trainers based on technical expertise and project complexity.
Oversee trainer onboarding and ensure delivery quality.

Client Relationship Management
Lead governance meetings and executiv
