Fresher / Entry-Level GOC Engineer Responsibilities
Follow troubleshooting guides to identify, investigate, and resolve basic technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.
Gather relevant information from customers and document incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on incidents and service requests.
Follow established processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure service quality.
Help maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational guides.
Learn and develop technical skills related to network monitoring, system administration, and Itron platforms.




Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and contribute to delivering a positive support experience.
Participate in shift-based operations and collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous service availability.
Be willing to work in a 24x7 support workplace.
