Project Execution
Execute electrical project activities in Thermal Power Plant projects.
Monitor installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Track project progress and resolve technical issues during execution.

Electrical Systems Management
Oversee installation and commissioning of:
Generators
Transformers
Switchgear (HT/LT)
GIS/AIS Switchyards
Bus Ducts
Motors and MCCs
UPS, Battery Systems & Chargers
Electrical Protection Systems
Plant Lighting Systems
Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems

Testing & Commissioning
Review and execute testing procedures and commissioning plans.
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.




Coordinate with OEMs and consultants during equipment testing.
Ensure successful synchronization and system integration activities.

Contract & Vendor Management
Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors.
Review contractor bills and certify work completion.
Monitor contract compliance, progress, and performance.
Coordinate with vendors for technical discussions and issue resolution.

Planning & Documentation
Prepare project schedules and progress reports.
Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and project documentation.
Facilitate punch point closure and project handover activities.

Safety & Quality
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
Implement quality control procedures during execution.
Conduct risk assessments and corrective actions.
Promote secure work practices at project sites.
