Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills:
6 months - 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Positive knowledge of IT and non-IT recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
