We have an prospect to have SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS PWC AC Position: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Experience Required: 5-10 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida & Chennai Work Timing: Rotational Shifts (2 To 11) SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise - Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Learning to enable enterprise learning, compliance training and talent development processes.

- Configure and maintain the Learning Administration environment including items, courses, curricula, programs, learning plans and learning history.
- Set up and manage instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), scheduled offerings, resources, facilities, and enrollment/registration workflows.
- Configure online content (SCORM/AICC/Tin Can-xAPI), content packages, and integration with the SuccessFactors iContent / content repository.
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, surveys, exams and evaluations.
- Configure competencies, qualifications, curricula and requirement-based compliance/certification tracking with automatic reassignment.
- Set up notifications, automatic processes (APM), user connectors, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), admin security roles, domains and workflows for learning administration.
- Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and learning analytics (Plateau Report Designer / BIRT / Reporting).
- Manage learning content and catalog administration, approval processes, and learning assignment profiles.
- Prepare functional/technical design documents and support testing, cutover and hypercare activities.



Integration & Data Knowledge - Understanding of LMS integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other talent modules (Performance, Succession, Onboarding).
- Working knowledge of user/organization data replication from Employee Central / SAP ERP (ECC) into LMS via connectors and SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Exposure to SAP ECC HR mini master (Infotypes such as IT0000, IT0001, IT0002) as a data source for learner records in hybrid landscapes.
- Configure and troubleshoot LMS connectors (Employee Data, Item, Class, Completion, Financial and other standard connectors).
- Integrate LMS with external content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, OpenSesame) and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
- Troubleshoot data replication errors, connector failures and reconciliation between source systems and LMS.

Delivery & Support Experience:

- Identify impediments early, actively work to resolve them, and escalate when needed.
- Manage and track cross team/squad dependencies.
- Hands-on experience in preparing reports and presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
- Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Manage incident, change and problem tickets within agreed SLAs in an AMS/support workplace.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and/or support.
- At least one full-cycle LMS implementation or comparable support engagement.
- Understanding of end-to-end learning and development / compliance training processes.
- Exposure to LMS integration with Employee Central and SAP ECC HR mini master in hybrid deployments.
