1 ) Consultant :

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) application activities across implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration decisions, and test scenarios for SAP SD processes.

Perform hands-on configuration and support for sales, deliveries, transportation, shipment, and billing processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams to support issue resolution, testing, deployment, and timely project delivery.

Contribute to project meetings, documentation, user training, and continuous learning initiatives while supporting junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

Required

3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, application support, or integration with one or more SAP modules

Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, training, and supporting SAP business applications

Experience conducting solution design workshops and translating business requirements into functional deliverables

Experience with hands-on SAP SD configuration in sales, deliveries, transportation, shipment, and billing processes

Experience with solution testing, defect analysis, end-user training, and deployment support

Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and global delivery teams across project phases

BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA





Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP Transportation Management (TM), or SAP Hybris

Experience working across both small and large delivery teams

2 ) Senior Consultant:

Work you'll do

As a Sr Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across SAP applications in testing and production environments.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration decisions, and solution documentation.

Perform hands-on configuration, testing, defect management, and deployment support for SAP solutions and enhancements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams to support project execution and timely delivery.

Contribute to project meetings, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives across the practice.

Qualifications

Required

6-10 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, application support, or integration with one or more SAP modules

Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, training, and supporting SAP business applications

Experience leading or participating in solution design workshops and translating business requirements into functional deliverables

Experience with hands-on SAP configuration, testing, defect analysis, and deployment support

Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and global delivery teams across project phases

Experience preparing functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, or support documentation

BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other up-to-date SAP products

Experience working across small and large delivery teams

Experience supporting end-user training and user adoption activities
